補充資料：五香糖醋蒜
蒜頭50公斤、食鹽2公斤、紅（白）糖10公斤、醬油0.5公斤，蒜頭処理同2。將大蒜洗淨晾乾，一層蒜撒一層鹽，醃制一晝夜，重新入缸，加入糖、醋、醬油、五香粉加涼開水配制的鹵汁，再次醃制，竝用塑料佈封口紥嚴。每天轉缸兩次，隔天開缸散氣4－5小時，半月後改爲3在散氣一次，1月即成。
