Objective To find the different responses of peripheral blood mononuclear cells
(PBMC) to interleukin-2(IL-2) or OK-432 among pustulosis palmaris et plantaris
(PPP),psoriasis vulgaris(PV),generalized pustular psoriasis(GPP) and
acrodermatitis continua(AC) in vitro and to explore the relationships among the
diseases above.
目的研究掌蹠膿皰病(pustulosis palmaris et plantaris,PPP)、尋常型銀屑病(psoriasis
vulgaris,PV)、泛發性膿皰型銀屑病(generalized pustular psoriasis,GPP)、連續性肢耑皮炎
(acrodermatitis continua,AC)患者的外周血單個核細胞(peripheral blood mononuclear
cells,PBMC)對白介素-2(interleukin-2,IL-2)或鏈球菌粉乾制劑OK-432的增殖反應,探討幾種疾病的關系。
