又称“饮食治疗”。根据病儿的病情需要，利用特别配制的食物以配合治疗的方法。通过食物的合理调配和烹调，并加以适当的控制及调节，以配合临床治疗，是一种常用的治疗措施。常用的饮食种类有流质、半流质、软食、高蛋白饮食、低蛋白饮食、低脂饮食、低糖饮食、低盐饮食或无盐饮食、少渣饮食等等。可根据不同病人的病情进行选择应用，以达到辅助疾病治疗的目的。〔丶〕
