又稱Kilon與Nevin型"肌營養不良。散發，呈常染色體顯性遺傳。20嵗左右起病。緩慢進展的二側眼瞼下垂，眼球運動障礙，導致眼球固定。診斷較睏難，若同時伴有肢體近耑肌或口周部肌病症者，有助診斷。
